Cancelled-Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Trip

Due to many of the venues being closed in Cleveland, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Bowling Green State University, Great Lakes Science Center, The Cleveland Symphony, and more, along with the unknown of the current virus - it is with regret that we cancel our upcoming Cleveland trip. For those that did not purchase insurance, I will keep you updated on what will be next regarding refunds. There is a process that I need to go through, and we are starting that today. Bob Rodgers will do everything in their power to get as much money you paid back, so please be patient. Again, if you have any questions - please forward them to me only - and do not post any false information on social media.
Information has been passed out to students about our band and choir trip to Cleveland May 1-2, 2020. Upon the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame hearing our marching band show this year, they have extended the opportunity for us to perform there. This is a huge honor and we would like to have as many band and choir kids join us on the trip.
If you wish to sign up for the trip, the cost is $349. You have to sign up in the IPS system by December 4th, with the deposit payment due December 11th. There will be two more payments afterwards (February and March), however we will be having fundraisers to offset the cost, where 100% of your profit goes towards your trip! I hope that all of our kids can attend!
