Marching Band Registration 2020/2021

Good Evening Cousino Band Families,
Below I have all of the documents required for Marching Band Registration as well as the marching band schedule for next year. Documents have also been uploaded to CHARMS. Due to the current stay-at-home order, we will be doing our registration all online. Here is how things are going to work.
All forms will be due by May 15th. You can either complete the forms and mail them to Liana Voss, our registration chairwoman (address on the bottom of form 1), or you can scan and e-mail them to her at CHSBBTrustee11920@gmail.com. Scanning is the preferred method.
All forms are due on May 15th with the exception of the MHSAA physical. We currently have an order in this state prohibiting non-essential medical procedures, including physicals. Physicals will be due on the first day of band camp on July 29th.
Payments are also going to be different this year. To help alleviate the stress of many of our parents being out of work, we are breaking up the payments a little differently. Here is the breakdown in due dates:
May 15th - Any uniform costs are due at this time. This is because the order is placed the following week for summer uniforms, gloves, etc. Please check your child’s old summer uniform to see if they need anything new because they grew.
June 1st - 1st half of payment due. For most families, this will be $70
July 1st - 2nd half of payment due. For most families, this will be $70
Payments can be made one of two ways. The first is a check sent to Liana Voss. The second will be online. I am currently setting up an online payment system, more information will go out in the next week regarding that.
Please remember that if there are extenuating circumstances and that payment is going to be difficult to make, please reach out to either Jodie Sikorski or myself so that we can work on payment arrangements. No child will be turned away due to inability to pay, but we need to be able to talk through things in a confidential manner so that we are all on the same page.
