Seniors we need to hear from you by 5.10

To prepare for the Band Banquet and your proper send off we need you to fill out the Senior Questionnaire ( www.tinyurl.com/CHSmusicseniors19 ). We also need a recent photo of you and a photo of you age 2 or younger (digital is preferred) This is all needed by May 10th.
